In December 2021 I was Approached to stand as a conservative candidate in an upcoming local

byelection.

Candidates names were released on or about 29th december 2021

on the 8th january i was alerted to this post on a FACEBOOK page

controlled by XXXXXXXXX, XXXXX XXXXX, XXXX XXXXXX, XXXXXX

XXXXX AND XXXXXX XXXXXXXX named SANDBACH LIFE by a user SPANNER ROTTEN

the page is now edited and i have the original.

This post was based on 3 derogatory issues,

the first was an incorrect and twisted report dated 29 april 2020 published by "THE SUN" stating

that my son and myself had sparked a row with neighbors over a skeleton dressed as a covid

19 victim.(a letter demanding his removal was received then he was stolen)

ARCHIE the skeleton was for many years by us to great comedy effect, sunbathing, digging the

garden, ve-day pilot and many other comedy poses.

the second issue was a claim of beating children with autism or adhd

This screenshot was taken in isolation of the rest of the conversation. The subject was kids in

modern times and was on a private page. I have several nephews all on my fathers side with

adhd and autistic issues and my sisters claim i have these traits.

the third issue was the status of the tax and mot with DVLA of 2 of my vehicles.

One was awaiting parts for the MOT test the other was having a transfer of ownership.

Neither were used on a public road (what reasonable person would be interested in my fleet?)

on the 8th january i was also alerted to posts on a FACEBOOK page controlled by labour

councilor XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX named ELWORTH MATTERS by a user XXXXX XXXXXX

various allegations were made of a similar vein to the SANDBACH LIFE posts by the same

on the 26th of january i was emailed by a news reporter from BYLINE TIMES by the name of

jenn selby (07828262346)

she stated David JACK (an independent councilor) and myself were under investigation for

"stalking and harassment" of at least 11 separate complainants and spread malicious

communications about residents and have shared racist and misogynistic posts online.

mr Jack and myself both enquired with cheshire constabulary to the response that there were

several alligations and counter alligations.

the reporter jenn selby followed this up via email and phone on the 27th january.

On the 2nd febuary 2022 at 07:30 my home address was attended by 4 police officers.

upon entry 2 remained outside and 2 entered my kitchen.

i was requested to provide my electronic devices

i supplied the officers with a samsung z3 flip phone (07758911333 unlock 0000) apple iphone se

(07583123666 unlock 0000) samsung a7 tablet unlock 0000, hp laptop unlock 3426 and a

toshiba laptop unlock 1313.

i was then taken to middlewich custody center and entered onto the system as "arrested for

suspicion of harrasment"

i was then put in to a cell 10/a wing untill aproximately 11:45am where i was taken to the duty

solicitor milena bennett of howards & henrys solicitors.

here i was informed of the alligations of harrassment and stalking made by a recent local

by-election candidate XXXXXXX XXXX who i stood against in the ELWORTH ward.

Alligations of the same are also being made by her husband POLICE CONSTABLE XXXX

XXXX.

at 12:04 i was interviewed by SGT PERCIVAL 4010 and PC HOWARD 5482

I started my interview explaining that this was a politicized arrest and the police are being used

as a weapon to intimidate myself.

i also informed the officers that i had reported cheshire police officer CI CLAIR JESSON + SGT

CRAIG HODSON + PC MARK COOK at 00:15 that morning FOR A GROSS BREACH OF

GDPR due to myself being named to the reporter in an investigation BEFORE i was even

arrested.

i also explained that i have previously had issues with a greater manchester police officer

named XXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX

who is a friend of cheshire police officer PC XXXX XXXX.

christopher cotton had previously attended a political meeting counter to the constables

handbook where i photographed him with XXXXX XXXX

i also admitted that i have also reported PC XXXX XXXX for the same offence at a later date

as he attended the count for his wife when only candidates and relevant election officers were to

be present. this is evidenced by the returning officers email confirming the above.

i then went on to explain that i (CONSERVATIVE) had stood against XXXXXX XXXX

(INDEPENDENT nominated and canvased for by labour) and her friend XXXXXXXX XXXXX (lib

dem)

conversation then moved to the above mentioned posts on facebook made by XXXXXX

XXXXXX and XXXXX XXXXXXXX

the facebook sites restricted support by myself and others as only negative comments were

allowed.

i then moved on to explain that all the derogatory and abusive messages were reported to

cheshire constabulary under the following incident numbers

ALL OF THE ADVISE FROM CHESHIRE POLICE WAS EACH CASE IS "CIVIL" and certainly

not a case of harassment against myself

The next part of my interview was on the subject of me reporting XXXX XXXX to the

professional standards department of cheshire police for attending the election count with

XXXXXX XXXX

this was an accusation in interview of harrasing PC XXXX XXXX, however this action was

suggested by the chair of the congleton constituencey XXXXXXX XXXXXXX as an offence had

been commited

the next subject was ex councilor DAVID JACK

David jack has been subjected to 2 years of harassment by the afore mentioned characters.

previously DAVID JACK was employed in the agricultural sector but his previous employers had

received phone calls from these characters in an attempt to "cancel" DAVID JACK. these are

the same people that have made 187 complaints to the sandbach council monitoring officer

designed to make DAVID JACK resign. DAVID JACK resigned from the council on the 28th

january 2022. At this time he was employed by my company as these characters were intent on

“canceling” him

facebook accounts

on sunday the 9th january 22 i noticed my profiles had been cloned (jenson ford, william

townes,david poole) i had also had my DAVE POOLE account closed by FACEBOOK for

reasons i do not know on the early hours of sunday.

this was late in the evening, i immediately suspended those accounts as previously there was

only me with those names, now there are several blank ones without profile photos.

on the thursday of that week one screenshot appeared with the tag of being posted 13 hours

previously that used an old profile photo of one of my cats (zephyr) and the subject was beating

children with adhd or autism

i reactivated my accounts on the 26th january

next was how does anyone know about my tax status ? this was mentioned by phil wolley a

person i have never met

i was then asked if i knew XXXXXX XXXX

as stated i have never met this person but i have seen her maybe 6 times at various council

meetings.

i have never messaged her to memory or held a direct conversation on social media. i have in

no way harassed her but have revealed the truth behind her campaign and where politics in

sandbach are going.

for the record:

she was nominated by XXXXXX X XXXXXXXXX admin of facebook page SANDBACH LIFE

who is a labour member

she was canvassed for by XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX (LABOUR COUNCILLOR) XXXXXX

XXXXXX (BLM) XXXX XXXXX (BLM + PRIDE) XXXXX XXXXXXX (LABOUR COUNCILLOR) and

XXXXX XXXXX (LABOUR COUNCILLOR) and other members of labour group BLM and PRIDE

members.

AND IT JUST HAPPENS THAT MR XXXXX XXXXXX (XXXXXX XXXXXX DAD) WAS AT THE

ELECTION COUNT AS XXXXXX XXXXX COUNTING AGENT

the conversation then moves on to racism in sandbach

sandbach is mainly older people and is 98.8% white

i have been called sexist and homophobic (hows that work when my cousin is gay with a

coloured partner and most of the people around me are female)

i personally disagree with XXXXXX XXXXX campaign team due to them forcing things and not

just bringing them up in conversation.

next for discussion was PC XXXX XXXX

i have never knowingly spoken with him and dont think i have ever had dealings with him.

i have never contacted him directly via messages or otherwise and i am now beginning to feel

intimidate by all of this.

During the election period where i had no path to defend myself due to purposely being

excluded from certain dominant social media sites (facebook : sandbach life and elworth

matters) this was used as a vehicle to explain who these spiteful people were and what they

were doing and why.

although i purchased the domain and hosting i did not have total control of this as several

people had access and provide content.

only true and demonstrable information was posted

we have emails from chief inspector XXXXXX XXXXXX declaring not having any interest in

websites or face book pages however one of her sergeants XXXXX XXXXXX applied to

GODADDY to remove it 2 hours after XXXXXX XXXXXX declaration of no interest.

i made the point PC XXXX XXXX is under her command (is this the police being used as a

political weapon?)

questions were then asked about 2 photos posted on the domain sandbach.life that were taken

on 22/9/2021 in a council meeting.

these were used as evidence to report GMP PC XXXXXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX for

attending a political meeting which was triggered by his attempted intimidation of myself

i did not know who he was and didnt know he was a policeman.

as explained in interview he approached myself when the council meeting was to be held in

private called part 2, the public are removed.

PC XXXX XXXXXX approached myself and shook my hand and said "HELLO DAVID" when i

asked who he is he refused to tell me who he was so i reminded him "we need to go outside"

this he now implies as a threat. once we left the room i guessed he was a police officer and told

him if he was there to intimidate me i would have him sacked. i sussed out he was a police

officer and duly reported his attendance to his senior officer.

the conversation then returned to my complaints and i repeated that they were only noted as

"civil" even when i informed them that i am in fear of vigilantes potentally taking aim at myself or

my property for the inference of ELWORTH MATTERS post by FRANK ASHTON of myself

being unsafe around children.

then they moved onto my post on facebook on or about the 30th jan declaring that "elworth has

its first BLM councillor" this i didnt think unreasonable considering her campaign team

association

the conversation then turns to comments i have made on social media about XXXXXX XXXX

canvasing in sandbach park on the route to the polling station.

i was told about it but held no conversation about it

XXXXXX XXXX then made a statement in october with reference to sandbach.life domain.

she claims it made her feel alarmed distressed undermined and derogatory.

XXXXXX XXXX then refers to a post from my WILLIAM TOWNES account

i cant remember the post but i noted that XXXXXX XXXX was mentioned during a period of

PURDAH which is the period leading upto and including the election where no candidates are to

be promoted but this did happen in a meeting. i did not push this .

she has potentially opened a can of worms as i now have a duty to report this.

on the day of the election i parked one of my company vehicles on the carpark at the polling

station.

it is an electric van with my company logo on and DOES NOT SAY VOTE or DAVE this is totally

legal and generated complaints to the police, returning officer, electoral commission and leader

of cheshire east.

nothing could be done as it is legal.

when i arrived at the polling station for a record of how many votes had been cast at 12:45 on

the 27th jan as allowed by law i parked my personal car on the car park at the polling station.

XXXXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXX and XXXXXX XXXXXX were all present and stood across the

road.

XXXXXX XXXX and XXXXXX XXXXXX called the police claiming to feel intimidated by my van

being there and the fact my car is on the car park.

i was then asked if i knew WILLIAM POTTS. i do not know a william potts

i attended crewe police station on the 21/1/22 and reported that i had been called a peadophile

on facebook by FRANK ASHTON

on ELWORTH MATTERS page this i was advised would be classed as "civil"

i am now intimidated but she has a police officer as a husband

then questioned on vans i own. i own 3 ford transit vans, a transit recovery vehicle fully liveried,

a customer support/towing vehicle again fully liveried and a plain white transit long wheel base,

high top.

i was also asked if i had visited the address of XXXXXX XXXX and PC XXXX XXXX

i have no knowledge of where they live and then they asked if i own a transit "cherry picker"

(van with a moveable arm fitted to reach street lamps etc)

i have never owned one and dont need one but the accusation of driving past their home adress

in one was made.

i then made the statement that XXXXXX AND PC XXXX XXXX are looking for any excuse to be

offended

XXXXXX XXXX makes reference to me stating she is a BLM looney and no other elworth

election has had so much venom and bile which she sees as harrasment.

i did make the comment about PC XXXX XXXX being corrupt as if anyone makes a comment

on social media against his friends he will pull out the stops to protect his friends but if anyone is

a victim of his friends it is "civil"

why did PC XXXX XXXX drop from sergeant to PC ?

I THEN STATED THAT I HAD PREDICTED MY ARREST IN THE LOCAL PAPER DUE OUT

TOMORROW AS IN PRINT AS WE SPEAK.

i was also accused of asking my friend councilor XXX XXXXXXXX to harass PC XXXX XXXX BY

asking for the accounts for the sandbach clean team that he leads

and finaly

XXXXXX XXXX and others claim to be in fear of intimidation but i have social media photos of

election night and her PCXXXX XXXX and the rest of the gang are in the photos !
